"Eaglewood's 12-hour rental runs from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Rental pricing includes the event space, tables, chairs, setup, and the listed venue amenities. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date, with the remaining room-rental balance due two weeks before the event.
